- Housing Society Security: – The second level of security is provided by offering CCTV Surveillance at ‘Zero Investment &Zero Management’. The system comes with free service maintenance during the contract period at a nominal monthly service fee.
To ensure the system works at all times, it’s connected to the 24×7 command and control station for System Health Monitoring. The installed CCTV system is monitored for any failures: Video Loss, Hard Disk Full, Hard Disk Failure, DVR tampering, etc. All this data is shared with the customer and proactive actions are taken to ensure minimum downtime
The CCTV is bundled with a 4 years comprehensive service contract post which the customer has an option to renew the contract or take over the ownership of the system. An OPEX-based expense accounting wherein payment is done only for the usage which is also backed by easy payment plans which can be done according to customer’s feasibility.
- Street Monitoring: MYCS offers free “STREETCAM” wherein an additional CCTV camera is installed facing the road as per the new guidelines issued by the police department.

Our fully trained ZIMAN Safety Officers will then swing into action by analyzing the evidence captured and facilitate emergency services to your rescue within 60 to 90 seconds.
Emergency Map: A web mapping service, mapping all emergency services at Pan India level, users will be able to locate real-time location of themselves as well as they can search for the location of emergency services which includes all Fire Stations, Police Stations, Hospitals, at Pan India level.
Tracking: Facilitates the user to share its real-time location to their emergency contacts
AI CHATBOT: Facilitates user to chat any time and utilize it for multiple purposes whenever the user feels unsafe and also acts as a Personal Assistant to guide “ZIMAN User”
Citizen COP: Gives you a platform to contribute towards this social awareness that strides to ‘Make India Safe’. Record the case and upload, Zicom Command &Control Station receives the data and contact local authorities for further actions to be taken accordingly.
